Instructions for oral presentations

  Presentation files (.pptx, .odp, .pdf only, possibly accompanied by movie files) must be uploaded before the presentation:

• Click here to upload your presentation
• Please use the following syntax Name_day_time_title for example: Dupont_Thursday_11h40_PEM high obliquity simulation

  The allocated time on the program (13' or 20') correspond to the presentation time NOT including questions and dicussions.

Instruction for poster presentations

  Posters will be up all week in the same space as for coffee breaks.

  A dedicated poster session with snacks and drinks is planned on Wednesday, October 15, 17;30 - 20:00

  The recommended poster size is up to 80-90 cm wide x 100-120 cm high (i.e. A0 portrait format) or up to 36 x 48 inches (portrait)

  Poster printing: There are a few places very close to the venue where one can print A0-size posters on the spot (or in the worst case for the next day), e.g.:

• Linne Copie (18 rue Linne, turn slightly on the left when leaving Jussieu through the main entrance), open Monday to Friday 9-19 h, Saturday 10-12 h and 14-18 h.
• Corep (27 rue Jussieu, turn right when leaving Jussieu throug main entrance), open Monday to Friday 9-18h30, Saturday 10-13 h and 14h-17h30.
• Imprimerie Launay (45 rue Linne, just in front of the Campus main entrance), open Monday to Friday 9-18 h (expect delays).

The price to print an A0-size poster is around 50 euros.
