Call for abstracts
Extended abstract submission deadline : July 7, 2025
Extended abstract up to 4 pages (including figures) are welcome but less is OK too!
Please use following Word or LaTeX templates:
The abstract system is able to convert Word etc. files to PDF, but we suggest you provide it as a PDF, to avoid any potential conversion issue.
Abstract Submission :
Proceed to the dedicated website.
We recommend that you first read the following instructions (an even more complete tutorial can be found here) :
- On the dedicated website you will need to first create an account. You can use your email as identifier.
- Once your account is created (you should receive an email with a dedicated link to follow to activate it), you'll be able to submit abstracts.
- You can pick between "oral preferred", "poster preferred " for your abstract. Please anticipate a "one oral presentation limit" per participant.
- Oral presentations can only be given if you are attending the workshop.
- When submiting an abstract, the system allows you to add the names and institutes of co-authors. This is not necessary; specifying the names and affiliations of all co-authors in the abstract itself suffices.
- Please name your abstract file "lastname_mtt2025" or "lastname_mtt2025_keyword" if you submit more than one abstract.
- As mentionned in the templates, the format of the abstract is essentially up to you (but do note that we prefer you upload a PDF file in the end)
- And if you have any question about the abstract submission process: mtt@lmd.ipsl.fr
- Note that the abstract submission system is different from the conference registration system. More information about registration soon.
The abstracts will be put online as soon as possible and will
remain available for many years after the meeting.
The abstracts will also be included in the NASA Astrophysics Data
System (ADS).
POSTERS: The recommended poster size is about 90 cm wide x
100-120 cm high (i.e. A0 portrait format).
There are a few places very close to the venue where one can print posters on the spot. More information about this soon.
